This black rice is poaceae, a kind of Oryza. The raw material of black rice is mainly distributed
in Hanzhong and Qingling mountain of Shaanxi province,it contains high amount of nutriments
such as anthocyanidins, flavone and polyphenols etc. The black rice in Hanzhong of Shaanxi
province is one kind of the famous rice in ancient China, of which has more than 2000 years
growth history, it was more often serverd for emperors because of its nutritiousness. The
black rice is used in both food staff and medicine, in comparison of normal rice the black
rice contains higher amounts of vitamin,microelement and amino acid, which is good to
